Returns
You have 14 days from delivery to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
Taysells Ltd also accepts unused items in original condition, including the case and all attachments, within 30 days of delivery.
If goods are faulty or not as described, the Consumer Rights Act 2015 applies. We cover reasonable return postage in those cases.
For change-of-mind returns, return postage is paid by you unless we said otherwise before you ordered.
